Which scrub is best for my skin?

Our scrubs are suitable for all skin types. However, there are additional benefits based on added ingredients.

Vanilla + Coconut: Gentle exfoliator loaded with hydrating coconut oil & aloe vera. For sweet & tropical bliss.

Coffee + Hazelnut: Loaded with caffeine to stimulate blood-flow & a blend of antioxidant rich oils to fight free radicals while deeply hydrating your skin. Coffee lover? This one is for you.

Mint + Cacao: Rejuvenating, soothing & hydrating. This antioxidant rich blend is perfect for a post-workout refresher. Or a chocolatey retreat.

Can I use it on my face?

Yes, love. Our scrubs are gentle enough for your pretty face.

However, make sure to patch test. Use a light face wash after scrubbing to remove excess oil if you have oily/combination skin. Always keep away from eyes & mouth.

How do I use the scrub?

Dampen your skin & use a few small handfuls to cover your whole body. Rub in circular motions from the tips of your toes and fingers towards your heart – this gentle massage helps stimulate microcirculation. Leave on for 5 – 10 minutes for the ingredients to soak into your skin. Rinse off the scrub & enjoy your smoothest skin yet.

Use a light body wash if you have oily/combination skin.

How often can I exfoliate?

Scrub 2 - 4 times per week. Remember to patch test first if you have sensitive skin.

How long does one pack last?

Each one of our scrubs contains 200 g. One pack will last around 1 month if used 2 times per week.

How long can I keep my scrub?

Flora Body Care scrubs stay fresh for 3 months unopened.

Since we use all natural ingredients with no artificial preservatives, once opened, the scrub should be used within one month.

Where should I keep my scrub?

Our environmentally friendly packaging is waterproof. However, we do recommend keeping it zipped in a cool & dry place between scrub sessions.

Do you test on animals?

Never ever will we test on animals. Our scrubs are all vegan & cruelty free.

Nut allergy?

Which mask is best for my face?

Our masks are suitable for all skin types. However, each mask is crafted to have individual benefits.

Tighten + Brighten Face Mask: Blended for the sensitive skin on your face, white kaolin clay & australian pink clay gently cleanse pores, exfoliate & improve circulation for an even, smooth glow.

Detox + Pore Refine Face Mask: Bentonite clay, rhassoul clay & activated charcoal work together to deeply cleanse pores absorbing dirt, toxins, chemicals & bacteria... bye acne!

Mix equal parts of mask powder with activator solution or purified water. Apply to face for 10 minutes. Rinse with warm water.

Your skin will get a little red where the mask is applied – do not worry! This is a natural reaction caused by the mask sucking out toxins. Once your face gets used to the powerful ingredients and less toxins have to be removed each time, you will notice less redness. Remember to patch test first if you have sensitive skin.

How do I use the toner + mask activator?

TONER

Apply to cotton pad & sweep gently over face + neck. Use daily after cleansing & before applying moisturizer.

MASK ACTIVATOR

How does the shipping process work?

Once we receive your order, we will email you a payment confirmation followed by a shipping confirmation for when your scrub is on its way to you. Most orders ship the next business day using Canada Post; however, please allow 1-2 days for processing.

Exact shipping cost & options for your country will be calculated at checkout.

International orders may be subject to additional duties and taxes depending on the country. These fees are not included in the prices listed on our website, nor are we responsible for covering them.

Address changes?

If you provided us with an incorrect or incomplete address upon checkout, please notify us as soon as possible at order@florabodycare.com. This includes out of date addresses on Paypal accounts. If we don’t get notified of an address correction before shipment, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs. Once the original scrub is returned to us and the additional shipping costs have been received, we will reship your order.
